The company is hereinafter referred to as “STRYDE,” “we,” “our” or “us.”

These Terms apply exclusively to sales made to consumers.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of the products offered by STRYDE.

Every order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms as well as of our Privacy Policy and our Return and Refund Policy.

ARTICLE 3 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you:

  • have the legal capacity to enter into a contract;
  • are of legal age under applicable law or have the authorization of a legal representative;
  • have read these Terms;
  • accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms prevail over any other document unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCTS

The products offered are those appearing on our site on the day you view it.

We make our best efforts to ensure that the descriptions, photographs, illustrations and information presented are as accurate as possible.

However:

  • photographs have no contractual value;
  • colors may vary depending on the screens used;
  • dimensions may show slight manufacturing tolerances;
  • the appearance of the product may vary slightly from one batch to another without this constituting a defect.

We reserve the right to modify at any time the characteristics, presentation, packaging or composition of our products where such modifications do not alter their essential qualities.

ARTICLE 5 – AVAILABILITY

Offers are valid subject to available stock.

In the event of unavailability after an order has been confirmed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

We may then:

  • offer an equivalent product;
  • refund the amounts paid for the unavailable product;
  • cancel all or part of the order.

Such unavailability shall not give rise to any liability on our part or entitle you to any compensation.

ARTICLE 6 – PRICES

The prices displayed on our site are those in effect at the time of the order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

However, the price charged will be the one indicated at the final confirmation of the order.

Unless otherwise indicated, shipping costs are shown before payment is confirmed.

In the event of an obvious pricing error resulting in particular from a computer bug, a human error or a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and to refund in full the amounts paid.

ARTICLE 7 – PROMOTIONS

Discounts, promotional offers, promotional codes and special sales:

  • are valid only during their validity period;
  • cannot be combined unless otherwise indicated;
  • may be modified or discontinued without notice.

Promotions do not give rise to any retroactive refund after they expire.

ARTICLE 8 – ORDERS

Every order is deemed binding as soon as payment is confirmed.

Before confirming your order, it is your responsibility to check:

  • the products selected;
  • the quantities;
  • the shipping address;
  • the billing address;
  • your contact details.

STRYDE cannot be held liable for the consequences of incorrect information provided by the customer.

An order confirmation is sent by email once the order has been validated.

This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance until payment has been verified and the availability of the products confirmed.

ARTICLE 9 – REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any order, in particular where:

  • fraud is suspected;
  • payment is declined;

In the event of cancellation before shipment, the amounts actually collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

ARTICLE 10 – PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.

Payments are secured by our specialized providers.

We never retain your full bank card details.

By placing your order, you warrant that:

  • the information provided is accurate.

Any declined payment automatically results in the suspension or cancellation of the order.
